                 If you're into sports like soccer(football) - EURO 2020   this season.  The fantasy sports for it starts around June 11th, 2021.    Will you watch any of the Euro-2020 this summer?  U.S. SOCCER will be in session for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics - USWNT & USMNT , concacaf Gold Cup 2021.  The Olympics runs from July 23rd to August 8th 2021.                Just little food for thought this week.  My favorite foods this summer are coleslaw, baby back ribs, as well as some others.   I also like instant s'mores for a quick treat.  ( Nabisco honey graham crackers , jet-puffed vanilla s'mores marshmallow or milk chocolate filled marshmallow & piece of milk or special dark chocolate bar).  Unfortunately I have to stay away from brats and hotdogs this summer, but luckily I can still have chicken or salmon patties on t...
