 I am in two to three fantasy leagues while watch this 2024 - 2025 Premier League.   I am still routing for my team called Manchester United F.C. since there defense has being very loose since Sir Alex retired as manager this days.   I know that ManCity won UEFA champions league two years ago.  In this league it’s hard to win four trophies before years end.  Lots of leagues try to get three trophies instead of four for those ones.  

             My health is getting better as time goes by on dealing with my issues also.  We had some friends of our again when they lived here for year and half from United Kingdom from long ago.  We tried show them new and old stuff while they visited other friends when they were town like a going to a Nationals baseball game & our pool we belong to in the neighborhood (it relaxes us allot).   I do my own water therapy for my left shoulder to help it out.  I took them to the pool two to three times while they’re in town.  They stayed at Airbnb mostly while they were town for their visit.  They visited Air & Space Museum #2 called Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia and etc.  right now their at Busch Gardens before heading to relax at the beach ( Rehoboth beach, Delaware) before heading back England.  By the way I was getting to know them again and some new faces to understand me also.  We tried our best to welcome them with open arms while they were town.

Collegefootball , I guess week1 is getting started for ND football versus TexasA&M on Saturday 31st of August around 7:30pm et ABC tv channel.  We going to try to watch it anyway.  I hear that college gameday by ESPN will be at this game.   A.P. More details on my thoughts about it.  Later you all.  Olympics from France right here .  Still getting better health wise to get myself back this days.  What did you like better than opening ceremonies or closing ceremony from the Olympics?  Next summer Olympics are in L.A., Cal. so here it’s web site to see stuff correctly.  

Ok in my own words I think the Olympics (my update ) are going very well along as we have people know the sport explain it better and their favorites besides the USA team when they talk about it. Won’t do I update for well since some family are coming to visit in the next few days this month.  Weather update in Northern Virginia it’s very hot so I advise to go to your neighborhoodpool you belong to as much as you can.  I have being a few times already and that’s allot for me already in my book.  Lots summer of soccer in the United States of America again & I love it always.  There was another soccer game played at Notre Dame stadium again with ChelseaFC vs CelticFC.  Not sure but this helps you stay safe while on the internet by using DuckDuckGo device.  I don’t really like FIBA using dumb rules on our USA Basketball and it looks pretty bad for an international group destroys it.  What your opinion about this?
