Thanks for all the birthday wishes from friends & family on #Facebook and email....

I had a great day for my #birthday. I went to the #gym then we went out dinner at my favorite #restaurant called #SweetWaterTavern. I had a #yummy #salmon on top of mashed red skin #potatoes with #mustard around it. It tasted pretty awesome. When we got home we had some ice cream cake from #baskinrobbins (#chocolate #cake & #chocolatechip #icecream). It was very yummy. Take care & peace too. I turned 40 years old yesterday.
