My mid-September note to all!!!

 Hi there…,


       As mid-September arises.  I am just writing this random note on whim on what I am thinking this days.  The parents & I have a porch so since all the nice weather helps us to be able to use it wore.  Our weather has gotten much better in August/September after the Hot/muggy July that we had this past summer.  All of this sports going on & the political tirades down here in Washington, D.C.  This is what I am saying about it all.  This might be in my blog also.  Both NFL both teams are starting good & bad at this time (Cleveland Browns - Washington Commanders - maybe Philadelphia Eagles also) & hope they get better quickly.   Great news about the commanders are heading back to RFK site I heard.  What’s up with that!!!  My EuroFootball & MLS teams that I route for are Manchester United F.C. (premier league has a long season also) & D.C. United but both teams struggle at this moment.  I do route for a women soccer in the states from the NWSL called the Washington Spirit (they are pretty good in the league). I route for the U.S. Soccer (men & women) pretty much all the time. World Cup 2026 in the states - USA updated list who is joining them.  I route for college sports (My University I route for is the University of Notre Dame).    I usually go sports events at University of NotreDame but now a little less since we sold our house (in SouthBend, IN) out there.    Haven’t heard anyone praising the new leprechaun with a football by the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish team to design it much better instead of in a fighting stance.  Right now our MLB teams (Cleveland Guardians & Washington Nationals) aren’t really doing great this season.  While the WNBA playoffs are happening our team (Washington Mystics) isn’t in at this time.    Most of my life I visited family while going to sports event allot but that changing now in ways.    So much has changed with family & friends so I don’t see them as much.  That sucks in my book.  I do a bunch of fantasy games (the apps use are espn fantasy app, yahoo yahoo fantasy app, premier  league or PL app, cbs sports app & others) from sports leagues - premier league, UEFA CL, college football, NFL, BL football, mls(?)…

                I got some pretty awesome news came out of Chicago about my nephew/ godson did a great job taking his ACT - video & article to be on here ( Suntimes ).  Nephew’s band Uniflora mini East Coast tour 2025 - shows done and etc.  the band’s: “Jeepster” cover song on YouTube.              Down in Washington, DC area (DMV) our Metro ( WMATA ) are a digital Smartrip card (I use this for now) & Apple Pay right now. I know in Chicago, IL on the “ L ” they use ApplePay also.  It works pretty well since I use allot to protect myself better with it. NY city transit: ??? I want ahead tried to make some chocolate chip cookies walnuts in them from a Betty Crocker recipe .  Hope the parents like them.  I followed it to the “T”  in the right direction.  I know our Uncle Mark who makes a mean chocolate chip cookies & hope to get to know his recipe better. ...
